Car Race Nearly Kills Five from Irondequoit, NY

Summary: Pontiac Grand-Am with FIVE occupants (4 female, 1 male) from 17-21, driven by one of the females (19) was "racing" (how do you race with five ppl in a car?) a "dark BMW" when it "became airborne," "crossed the median," and plowed head-on into a minivan carrying a full family of five from Irondequoit, NY. Mother, father, and an 8, 5, and 2 year old. No fatalities, most were very seriously injured. The mother is in the ICU.
I hope the driver wasn't too disappointed at having lost the race.
